| I made a mistake on my shipping address and my order was returned to you. Will additional shipping fees be charged to have it shipped to a different address? |

Yes, if any order is returned to us due to a mistake in the shipping address entered in the order process or for ANY other reason additional shipping charges will be accessed.
We will contact you upon receipt of your returned order. At that time we will give you shipping options. You will only be charged our actual expense to ship the order to you a second time.
However, if we make a mistake and the package is not shipped as you requested on your order we will ship it a second time at no additional cost. |
| I noticed that an item in my order is on back order. Will my order be shipped as a partial order? |

No, all orders will be shipped as whole orders unless you pay for multiple shipments.
Any orders containing back-orders are treated with priority upon receipt of back-order items from our suppliers. We will make every attempt to communicate any change in the status of your back-order items anytime we get updated information from our suppliers.

| My order appears to qualify for FREE SHIPPING, yet my shopping cart does not offer free shipping as an option. What do I need to do to get free shipping as a shipping option? |

We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING as an option for orders meeting a minimum order amount to packages shipped to addresses in the USA (see shipping in terms and agreement for details).
In order to qualify for free shipping, items in your cart must meet the following:
- All items must display the "free shipping" logo
- You must be shipping to an address in the USA
- Your cart total must be equal or greater than our minimum order to qualify.

Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. |
| How will my order ship if I qualify for FREE SHIPPING? |

In order to qualify for FREE SHIPPING, all items in your cart must display the "free shipping" logo and your order amount must be equal or greater than our minimum order amount to qualify for free shipping. Only orders shipped to an address in the USA qualify for free shipping.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Expedited shipping is available via a variety of shippers if you need your order rushed.
Domestic Rates
- $ 0.01 - 49.99 = $ 7.49
- $ 50.00 + = FREE (on free shipping items)
Orders shippped internationally and any expedited shipment methods are billed based on actual shipment weight. |
| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered a wide variety of Shipping Method choices and prices. We are usually able to ship orders within 3-5 business days after order and payment are received. This time may vary during high volume seasons (Holiday Shopping Season: Nov - Dec, Back to School Season: June, July & August, etc.). If you need your gift quickly we recommend you consider our RUSH SERVICE.

| I'm buying a gift, can you ship it directly to the recipient? |

Yes, we certainly can! We will wrap your item(s) in our TNT Custom Creations gift box, tied with a coordinating ribbon and attach an embossed gift card with your personal message hand written as if you mailed it yourself. Simply indicate that the order is a gift during checkout and provide us with your personal message and ship to address and we'll handle the rest! We provide this service to you for no additional expense. |
