Order Status
How will you communicate the status of my order?
 
When you signed up as a customer you provided an e-mail address.  This email address is our primary method of communicating with you while processing your order. 
 
You will get an email keeping you updated with each step of your order processing.  You will get a final email letting you know your product(s) have shipped, including tracking information.
 
If there is any question or problem during the processing of your order we will send you an email either requesting clarification of your request or offering you alternatives if what you have requested is not possible.  Your order will be put on hold until we hear back from you! 
 
We realize that many of you provide "free" email addresses to us and other business contacts to protect your privacy on your primary address.  Hey, we all do to!  We only ask that you please check the provided address daily until your order is complete so that your order is not delayed.
 
PS.  We use your email address ONLY to correspond with you.  It is NEVER given to outside parties.
I noticed that an item in my order is on back order. Will my order be shipped as a partial order?
 
No, all orders will be shipped as whole orders unless you pay for multiple shipments.
 
Any orders containing back-orders are treated with priority upon receipt of back-order items from our suppliers.  We will make every attempt to communicate any change in the status of your back-order items anytime we get updated information from our suppliers.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Please note that due to the personalization of every order, once an order has been placed, the order is no longer editable.
May I cancel my order?
 

You may cancel an order for any product NOT requiring personalization or customization anytime before your order has been shipped.

Items that are customized or personalized may be canceled prior to your order being processed.  Once we have begun processing your order that order is locked and MAY NOT be canceled.

Due to processing fees involved, we do NOT reverse credit card or PAYPAL charges once they are authorized. 

All credits of charges made via credit cards or PAYPAL will be in one of the following ways:

  • Local customers may receive a cash refund
  • Check by mail
  • Store credit

A cancellation fee of $5.00 will be imposed on all cancelled or returned orders made via credit card or PAYPAL.

My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. If our package shows a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
