Due to many contributing factors, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on this website will exactly match the color of the product. Due to the personalization and customization of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for any color related issues.
Limitation of Liability
TNT Custom Creations LLC shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if TNT Custom Creations LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a TNT Custom Creations LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, TNT Custom Creations LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. TNT Custom Creations LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, TNT Custom Creations LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by TNT Custom Creations LLC without notice at any time, for any reason. Special Shipping Rates
On occasion, TNT Custom Creations offers special shipping rates for limited times. All shipping rates are as published on the website. Orders must be completed on or before the time specified on the website. Special shipping rates apply only to shipments to addresses in the USA, excluding HI and AK. These apply only to USPS Priority Mail ground shipments. Normal shipping rates apply to all rush, international, AK and HI orders.
Cancellations of Order(s)
If an order paid via credit, debit card, or PAYPAL is cancelled for ANY reason after order is submitted and payment is processed a processing fee for the amount of $2.00 US will be incurred. Unless otherwise stated credit/debit card transactions are processed at time order is submitted. TNT Custom Creations does NOT reverse charges made to credit/debit cards or PAYPAL. Refunds will be made in the form of 1) Cash, 2) Check, or 3) Store Credit.
